Spaghetti with Roasted Tomatoes
This tasty pasta dish is packed full of Italian flavours. And you'll be eating in just 25 minutes.
- 225g Co-op piccolo tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp Co-op olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- 150g Co-op spaghetti
- 1 tbsp capers
- 12 Co-op pitted black olives, halved
- 40g Co-op Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- Serve with extra cheese and a Co-op garlic baguette (optional)
