Peas in Prosecco Gluten Free

This sounds unusual, but the Prosecco creates a lovely sauce for the peas. Great with salmon or chicken

Ingredients

  • 15g Co-op unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Co-op olive oil
  • 1 bunch Co-op spring onions, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 400g Co-op British fresh peas (podded weight)
  • 100ml Co-op Prosecco
  • 25g Co-op Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
