Green Tea Salmon with Herby Rice Gluten Free

Delicious Co-op Scottish salmon is marinated and steamed for a subtle flavour — leave the tea to cool for about 20 mins before you start

Ingredients

  • 2 Co-op Scottish salmon fillets
  • 1 Co-op Fairtrade green tea bag, steeped in 200ml hot water, then cooled and bag reserved
  • 1 Co-op British leek, sliced
  • 250g pack Co-op microwave wholegrain rice
  • Zest of 1 lemon, juice of 1/2, plus 1/2 cut into wedges
  • Handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
