Breakfast Burritos

OK, so these burritos are pretty much a fried breakfast in a wrap — but they’re really tasty any time of day

Ingredients

  • 100g Co-op spinach
  • 6 slices Co-op chorizo, chopped
  • 2 large Co-op British eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Co-op semi-skimmed milk
  • 150g can baked beans
  • 2 Co-op tortillas
  • 3 sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp hot chilli sauce
  • Serve with a handful rocket (optional)
