These bun-free patties are still really filling and are great cold, too.

Ingredients

  • 100g sweet potato, diced
  • 198g can Co-op sweetcorn,drained
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • Pinch chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 8 tbsp Co-op plain flour
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 6 tbsp Co-op fresh tomato salsa
  • 2 handfuls Co-op mixed salad
